The first couple of guys I encountered here, on the front page of Twink Sex HD, were not exactly what I would call 'twinks.' But don't let that put you off as the tour starts in proper with smooth and lush young guys, legs in the air, asses bares and cocks at the ready. True twink content. The main draw here, the thing that the site is pushing in order to differentiate it from other twink sites, is the High Definition aspect, so we will have to look at that closely to see if it is as good as they make out. And to see if the tour claims that these are the 'best quality photos and video on the net' is correct too. There is also the added attraction of 20+ bonus sites when you sign up.

Clearly we're looking at twinks here and some guys who may be pushing the envelope at either end of the age scale. There were some on the tour who looked older than the accepted 25 year old benchmark, but that's allowable. It's the HD aspect that we're most interested in - that and the quality of the filming and the amount of twink content too. Here we're offered the chance to see well made and hardcore twink sex scenes with some lovely, youthful and yummy young guys. Apparently they are going to 'get nasty' with each other, which is always hot to view, and we're going to get galleries as well as the movies. Twink carpeting wall to wall? We shall see.

The members' area has a nice green sheen to it, a good colour scheme and a neat presentation. Episodes on the homepage are featured in individual boxes that carry a description and little pics of the boys and action to come. You have a welcome message, the most popular updates are featured, as are the most recent ones, and then there are shots of other episodes and the bonus sites and feeds. It looks like there is a lot to see and do in here.

The main menu at the top, logically starts you off with a link to the HD videos. (More about them below.) In this area the same neat design and colour scheme continues, and the pages are still well presented. There are clear links, good sized sample images and you are told the run time of each video and the amount of photos in each photo set. So far we're getting an easy to use members' area that's well put together. Index pages are clearly numbered too so navigation is easy.

The other links in the menu will take you to similarly designed pages that list the bonus sites, the feed sites, links to live chat and dating sites (pay to fully join), a feedback page and a help area. It's sensibly set out, nicely designed and coloured and very simple to use.

You have everything in this members' area that you need and nothing that you don't. There are no nasty advertisements, pop ups or misleading links, no broken links either. It's dripping in good design, simple and effective.

So, the content and the examination of the High Definition, 'best on the net' claims.

There were 17 videos with 17 accompanying galleries when I called in and these were available in clips or as a full length scene. There were four viewing choices, all WMV, and they ranged from 370kbps @ 384 x 216, dial up suitable but still pretty clear, to 2.06mbps @ 1280 x 720, with two other mid-range options in between.

Now then, I have actually seen higher definition than this. But with those, that were in the 4.0mbps rage, the waiting times were intolerable and the fact was they were not that much better than the ones you have here at Twink Sex HD. I guess that once you get to a certain resolution there is not much point going higher, and I reckon our site here has got it just right.

The photos are also HD which is good. These clicked up to 682 x 1024 in size, the galleries were simple to navigate with 'jump to' buttons and slideshows in five speeds, and images were downloadable in zip files.

So the quality is good, and access to the (small number of) movies is fine. What about that other thing, the twinks themselves? Well, yes, there were some 'classic' twinks here, you know, smooth bodies, perfect skin, blonde hair, shaved cocks maybe, tight little asses and a wonderfully vacant expressions. There were also some with spots and puppy fat, some who looked a bit to plain and ordinary, some who needed a shave, some who looked like they were over 25 and one who looked so much like a famous star of High School the Musical that I had to click into his videos and galleries… only it find his sample pic had been taken in such a way that in reality he looked nothing like him at all. Never mind.

So, decent quality videos and galleries but not many of them. Does that give you value for money? Well, not on its own no, but add in the bonuses and you're laughing. These extras may not all be twinks themed but there are plenty of them. There are 41 other members' areas listed on your Bonus Site pages, some of them bisexual sites, some tranny sites, but there were at least two that were twink or teen themed, and many of the other reality, sites will feature twinks too.

Similarly the 80 feed sites are going to contain more twink content for you youthful boy lovers, plus a whole heap of all kind of everything else. It's a good set of bonuses and it makes up for the lack of HD twink movies in your main area.

Yup, I reckon Twink Sex HD has got its HD right - it hasn't gone over the top with impossibly big files but has stopped at a high enough resolution to sure great quality viewing without huge buffering or download times. As for the twinks - well they are not skinny and scrawny, they are not that angelic or teeny, but they are probably mainly in the early 20's age range. There are some cuties in here, some hung guys and lots of ordinary looking amateurs. But they know how to fuck and they do that really well. Everything is easy to navigate and use, the design in pleasant and there are plenty of bonuses. Some more update news would be good.

Yes, updates. I had no idea when something new might appear. Unless there's something I missed. No dates with the episodes and no news on what was coming next. Actually there is a lack of information here - no stats, or backgrounds and no model index. A few twink sex flick and that's it.

I was disappointed with the models.
