As with all the networked sites you get a clear layout an easy to follow menu and simple text. The latest videos are featured on the first home page but there is an updates page too and this will list all the updates to the 11 sites that you can now enter. If you want to check out dates you'll need to use the network update page as that's where you find them, and you'll see from that there are is usually something new added to one of the sites once a week. Not a bad update schedule but not all new content goes to Twink Clinic.

As you click trough the menu, which is in a logical order, you will find: the videos; these come on numbered index pages making navigation easy and each one is shown with screen caps from the movie, sometimes a short description, run time and the names of the stars. Cuties Sean Corwin and Blake Bigalow make a couple of appearances here as does hot boy Jason Raze. The picture galleries come next and these are separate to the screen cap galleries that accompany the videos; images here are digital and although you are invited to view the slideshow there isn't actually a slideshow function, but you can download sets as zip files.

Your bonus sites page will list all the sites in the network and you simply click one to move directly to its members' area where you will fid the same layout, but different colour schemes and design. As all sites are linked it's easy to get back to Twink Clinic whenever you want. The updates page comes next, then a link to a store (not working during my visit) and finally the support area that features 24/7 live support and a toll free number. Easy to navigate, logically laid out and there's a medical theme running through the design.

And now the good and bad news. The downside is that there were only 21 videos when I called in and no news on when more would be added. The good news is that they are all full length, all on the medical and twink theme, and all come with good viewing options. I don't want to bore you with numbers but you will find Low and high speed versions of the scenes in clips with resolutions from 480 x 360 @ 700kbps up to 720 x 480 @ 2030kbps (WMV) and similar, though slightly smaller, resolutions for Mpeg versions. All movies have a full scene download option, they also come in various amounts of clips, some have three quality Mpeg files, there are no DRM restrictions and all can be streamed. These options are standard across the network by the way so you should have no problems viewing anything.

The boys turn up for their medical exam and that's the way the videos start. The doctors here are also young twinks and sometimes sexier that their patients, but the boys generally have that scrubbed up and youthful, smooth look that we like in a twink. You will get to see some basic medical fetish content but I'd say the best action comes when the boy needs his blue balls emptying, or his itching asshole investigating by another guy's cock. You'll also find some military uniforms in here alongside the green coats and gloves.

Each video comes with a set of screen caps, reasonable quality ones at 720 x 480 in size, and these can be saved as a zip file or browsed individually. If you are looking for value for money then the Male Unit Network serves you well. After you've explored the horny medics and their patients you can slip into those other 10 sites. Here you'll find the likes of Bisex 101, Twink Boarding School and Fuck That Twink. But you will also be treated to some solo studs, some hunks and Latinos so you get some variety and yet enough twinks to keep you happy - if you're really only into the twink niche. All of these sites work in the same way, have the same good quality productions and carry exclusive content. It's a good and focused bonus package.

The more you see of the Male Unit Network the more you will like it. Twink Clinic is not the best stocked site on their list but it sure capturers some totally sexy young twinks and gives the scenes a bit of a medical twist. You're going to find good quality productions here with good looking stars, good viewing options and galleries and then plenty more to do and see in the bonus network. At the end of the day you get great value for money.
