On the member’s main page you’ll see a list of all 19 models that have shot content for The Real Me. It’s simple but it doesn’t need to be anything more because it’s such a small site. The size of the site is a problem. There are 19 models and they’ve done a grand total of 59 video shoots with roughly the same number of picture galleries. That wouldn’t be so bad if the site was still growing but they haven’t updated in a long time. They don’t offer any bonus content either so when you join you get what’s on the site and nothing more. It seems like a stretch to say that what they’ve built is worth $30/month.

The videos can be streamed in Flash at 640x480 and the player works well. The movie loads quickly and looks crystal clear. The clips can then be downloaded in MPEG and sometimes in WMV. Whatever the format they play at 1400kbps and 640x480. They must have shot the movies with a high quality camera because the quality is always crystal clear despite the average resolution and bit rate. The pictures display at 1200px and the photography is terrific. Crystal clear shots, good lighting, etc. It’s all in there.

The Real Me is a solo girl site where they give you far more information about the girls than any other porn destination (with the possible exception of official sites). They want to help porn fans get to know the women they masturbate to. They do this through interviews, behind the scenes footage and candid picture galleries. They do a fairly good job of it with the interviews being the most revealing elements. They’re clearly experienced and talented and the know how to move the body and how to strip in a highly arousing manner. The content isn’t different from what you can find on a dozen other sites though. It’s the behind the scenes, interviews and candid content that makes a difference. With only 19 models it’s tough to get a great deal of value out of a membership though. They include bonus content but it’s all streaming only leased feeds that you can find on dozens of other sites. It’s decent stuff but it’s not even a little bit unique.

I’m a fan of the work they did at The Real Me but they dropped the ball in not updating the site more. 19 models with 59 video shoots and roughly 50 picture galleries isn’t much of a site for $30/month. They don’t include any exclusive bonus content (the leased stuff is average to below average) either so you won’t be sticking around for more than a month. The unique element of The Real Me is their effort to provide more information about their models. Candid pictures, video interviews and behind the scenes action all go towards this end and they’re effective. You don’t get tons of information on the babes but it’s better than any other site offers. If you’re desperate to know these ladies more then it’s worth a strong look. If you just want the solo tease and masturbation content then there are dozens of sites that do it at a much higher volume.

I really like the interviews at The Real Me. The girls have a list of questions and they read them out and give genuine answers. Carli Banks was my favorite.
