As you don’t get a very comprehensive tour area at Girl Voyeur Next Door, you can take this opportunity to read a bit more about exactly what is going on here. It’s pretty obvious that the site is selling you the idea of catching real next door girls in the shower, bathroom, buff etc. and that’s great, but what’s not so obvious is that this is a network that specialises in ‘next door’ content. This is almost becoming a niche of its own, maybe it already is, a niche where you have genuine amateur models with the standard, ordinary appearance of the kind of folk who could well be living in your street. And that’s what this network is all about and, when you sign for this one site you get to access a total of 15 on similar themes.

So here we have that wonderful set up of spying. There’s something totally thrilling and really horny about spying on someone in the shower, or simply doing things in private. They don't now they are being watched, and you can peep into their private world. Though if you do it in real life you run the risk of getting caught. But here you have the same kind of thrills but without the risk, so you can turn down the lights, use your monitor as your spy hole and take a sexy peek into the lives and loves of your virtual neighbours. That’s what this site is selling us on its tour and it’s got the design just right to show us that it means business.

Be prepared for a slight disappointment here folks. The members’ area is very simple, as they all are in this network, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Navigation is easy enough and you won't get lost – though you may get bumped out to the log in page if you use certain ‘Home’ buttons. But never mind that. The disappointing thing here is that there have been no updates since December 2008 and there are only 10 episodes. (More about them later.)

But the good news is that they are easy to get to and so are the bonus sites. You have a long list of things on your home page which is topped by a link to the general archive from all the 15 sites. Each scene is demonstrated with a sample pic and a description, there are clear links to the movies and galleries and the pages open up fast and smoothly. The links to your streams are simply arranged with screen cap samples, you can rate the scenes as you go and there are also cross-links from pics to movies and pack again. When you get to the pics you find easy to navigate screen cap galleries with slideshows and jump lists.

That’s all well and good, nothing flashy, a bit boring even, and not very interactive. But again, it makes navigation easy and you only need to click a pic of a bonus site, back on your home page to go straight to its members’ area. From there it is also plain sailing as all the sites in the network are linked; click and go you could say.

This is a site that could do so well… but sadly doesn’t. Apart from the fact that there were only 10 movies, there had been nothing new added since December 17 2008, when all ten episodes were uploaded. That’s one thing, the other thing is the quality. Ok, so we’re looking at hidden cam style content here so don’t expect full on HD glittering movies. These are dark and grainy, with far away sound and they really do come across as genuine voyeuristic footage, which is great. Static cam, dim lights, caught on a distant cam feel – perfect. But only ten scenes and only one player and only one choice of resolution; you just feel that something is missing.

Which means that when you get to the galleries and find them to be screen caps at 640 x 480, you’re going to be viewing images that look like the kind of thing you see on one of those ‘help us find the criminals’ TV programmes. CCTV footage, standard and usually from a distance. As with the videos you can’t really see what’s going on here. And I am not being funny but the tour sowed us lush girls in bathrooms and there were only one or two ‘at home’ scenes here, the rest were from offices or outside, storerooms and so on.

It’s a bit of a let down really. There are tube sites with better and more real, voyeuristic content but the really sad thing is that Girl Voyeur Next Door could do so much more with this. What they have is just right for the genre, but they could beef it up with more and with some ‘staged’ hidden cams – not to everyone’s taste I know but at least you would be able to see something.

But then you have a set of 14 bonus sites so you do at least have value for money – as long as you don’t mind a bit of everything from Milfs to lesbians and not to much in the hidden cams, voyeur niche. You slip into them very easily, they all share the same navigation and they, in the main, update often. Some have more content than others but if you click the archive link on your original home page, you will find a total of over 400 exclusive scenes.

Pros:

Cons:

• Only 10 episodes;
• These are hard to view and low quality;
• No news on updates and no recent updates;
• Only one choice of movie player/resolution;
• Some navigation problems, being thrown out of the members’ area for example.

I was looking forward to getting inside Girl Voyeur Next Door but was disappointed when I did. The tour had set me up to think that there would be better quality movies and shots of girls in the shower etc. But here were only 10 scenes and mostly these were filmed from so far away you couldn’t see anything much. This may be classic CCTV style voyeur content but it’s gone a bit too far off the quality radar to make the scenes enjoyable. You'll need to squint and imagine… But there are many bonus sites so if you’ve not come across this network before and you’re looking for a bit of everything with an amateur, home made, next door feel, then accessing this site is a good way to get into a good network with that kind of content.

Yes. A total let down for me. No news on when we may get anything new, nothing new since the site started, only 10 scenes which, you’re right, are filmed from so far away and so grainy and ark that you’ve really got no idea what’s happening. The galleries are more or less un-viewable and if it wasn’t for the sexy girls in the bonus sites I’d not have stayed here more than half and hour.

But this is exactly what this kind of voyeur site should be like. You expect low quality as it’s more real that way. These are neat little videos with full on hardcore taking place in some, and in real locations. Ok so more, more, more! Please! And let us know what’s going on with the site. But the ‘low quality’ content is perfect.

I’m in two minds. I agree it’s not tops for quality. But then you can’t expect that. Yes there are bonus sites but not on this theme. Yes it's easy to get around but so what? I’d like more news and certainly more updates. The tour is really small, maybe that’s because so is the members’ area? But then you’re not paying much for it. I don’t know, not quite there if you ask me.
