When you hanker after one particular thing and nothing else will do, you often find a site and think, ‘that’s the one!’ Only to discover that in fact it isn’t, mainly because most sites offer all kinds of different things, and never enough of what you actually want. Well, it looks like this one, which is all about hunky Brazilian guys and hardcore sex, serves up only that. You’re promised an on-niche site that updates daily here, and we’re also told that there are ‘enough movies to last you a lifetime.’ And, we assume, they all feature Brazilian beefcake, they are available in a couple of players and are easy to access, or so we are told.

So, Brazilian Bofe is all about beefcake and hunky, muscled studs from Brazil is it? It sure looks that way on the tour where there is a line up of oiled up, smooth and sexy guys in their 20’s and 30’s daring us to enter. There are also depictions from the scenes and these look hardcore enough for me. The theme here is hunks from one particular country, and the site is setting out to bring us these men in raunchy scenes. The tour also says ‘free membership’ but you may want to check out exactly how that works. I couldn't get the signup page to run when I tried it.

But when I did get in to the members’ area I found the same colour scheme and wallpaper as the tour, the same hunky guys and the same easy to read text. There was a home page of thumbnails, at a good size, showing me the latest updates to videos and galleries, and plenty of straight pics leading to the ‘bonus’ content and five feeds. There wasn’t a menu as such, but there was a link to support at the top of the very long page, so I clicked one of the update pics to see what happened.

Ah, a simple page with the same image, but larger, and a link to a second page with all the clips from that scene. Select a clip and another page appears (all in the same window) with an embedded WMV player to stream the clip in. All of these pages have a ‘home’ link to take you back to the main page.

So that means that your content is all accessed from the one page, the home page. It also means that there is no information about anything here. Apart from the name of the file, or gallery. There is no separate area for galleries and videos, no model index, no interactive features, no ‘add to favourites’. It’s simplicity itself. On the one hand that means that there’s nothing much getting in the way of your Brazilian porn, but on the other it makes the site very small and, well, not very interesting to use. But at least it is easy to use and navigation is a cinch.

Without any information, such as upload dates or a schedule, I can’t tell you how often the current collection gets added to, though we are told that there are daily updates. That’s a good thing to see as there are only 41 videos and 22 galleries here so far. The videos come in clips that stream only in WMV at 1.66Mbps @ 640 x 480, (I didn’t see a choice of players as promised), and you will need to wait for the buffering to take place if you want to avoid start and stop issues. This is a very simple WMV player, I didn’t see the run time of each clip and there was no going full screen either. I tried right clicking to download but that wasn’t possible. So you are left with 41 videos cut into four of five clips, to stream only in a mid-range player.

As for the gallery content: you will find various amounts of pics in the 22 galleries, many of which are solos. These, like everything else at Brazilian Bofe, are very simply designed. There are no zip file downloads and it’s a case of opening one photo at a time from the thumbnails. You can view the thumbnails as large or small, so you have some choice there. I noticed the name of the guys on this page, so a little more info but not very much. And, when you open a full sized image (664 x 1000) you will get a new banner beneath the main one, advertising Talented MILFS for some reason. Scroll a little and there are some smiling girls, one showing off her butt and another her boobs, then you have links back to where you were or back to the gallery (which is where you were) and a slideshow option. Ah ha! At last something to play with. Well, something to click as you can’t adjust the speed. The whole page refreshes and you need to scroll down again, past the ladies, to view each sexy Brazilian guy.

But at least these men all appear to be Brazilian as promised. The content is actually good quality but there isn’t much of it as yet. The 10 or so images per gallery are a good size and clear, though the videos don’t enlarge they are viewable.

Going back to the home page, after viewing a slideshow, I was booted out of the members’ area, so watch out for that – I used my back button as my membership details were suddenly invalid. There’s some technical work needed here! But when I did get there I explored the bonuses. These consisted of: many links to straight video clips, not really a bonus on a gay site – I guess the site is also aimed at straight women? There were then around 74 more clips featuring guys together and transsexual sex too, in fact there were probably more trannies than gay on gay scenes. And you have five feed sites to view. These cover uniforms, bondage, bi-sex, hunks and there’s a general video site too. A strange set of bonuses but some add extra value for money.

• The design is very plain and there are some technical problems;

• No full length videos;

• No interactive options apart from gallery slideshows.

It’s hard to sum up this site in a few words. Brazilian Bofe gets it right in that it features the kind of men you see on the tour, and they all look to be Brazilian. I assume it’s a new site as the content count is low, and I have to assume this is an amateur or first-timer’s web design. There are many things missing: information, model index, a welcome message even. There is no news of updates, the pages are poorly laid out, there are many straight ‘bonus’ videos, and I can’t even tell you how much is costs to join as the signup page didn’t tell me. Someone needs to do a rethink here; the premise (Brazilian guys only) is good, not original but it could go a long way. But the site needs redesigning and technically sorting out.

Yes, indeed. I can’t remember the last time I saw such a basic site. It does look amateurish and the home page is so big it takes ages to load. There is nothing here to interest me apart from a few guys; there are standard sex scenes, some hunks in the galleries and some nice, smooth Brazil boys, but not that many really.

The men are good looking and there are enough of them to keep you happy for a while – but not for a lifetime as the tour states. They must be referring to the extra content, but a lot of that is either straight or tranny and I for one don’t want to join a site about Brazilian hunks and then find women and trannies. They really do need to get themselves sorted out here otherwise your signup is just a waste of time. Sorry.

The only thing worth staying around for are the daily updates. Give the site time to grow and you’d be ok, but is there enough here to keep you happy? Well, if you call in each day there may be, but unless they give me something else, I'm off. How about info on who these guys are? Even if it’s made up. Is this exclusive content? Where’s the ‘welcome to our site’ message. You really feel like you've been ripped off.
